People Experience and Development Intern

Insider One is looking for an organized and vibrant intern to support the People Experience and Development team. You will be involved in onboarding, training coordination, PXD initiatives, and employer branding efforts in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.

• Able to commit to at least 3–5 full working days per week
• Genuinely passionate about People Experience & Development
• Confident in written and spoken English
• Organized with strong planning and time-management skills

• Support new-hire orientations and onboarding experiences
• Track engagement and gather feedback for new hire training
• Support planning of team-building events and recognition programs
• Coordinate budgets related to PXD initiatives
• Assist in collecting employee satisfaction data
• Contribute to employer branding and internal communications
