M&A, Strategy and Business Development Intern

As the M&A, Strategy and Business Development Department, we are responsible for supporting the group’s growth and evaluating potential investment opportunities. To support the team in global business development and M&A activities, we are looking for an ambitious intern.

المتطلبات

• Pursuing a BS / MS degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Industrial Engineering
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Good level of computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)

المسؤوليات

• Helping the M&A team through market and target research
• Analyze target companies and competitive dynamics
• Support due diligence processes
• Participating in business plan modelling and valuation analysis
• Conducting presentations to team on possible investments
