Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering.
At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
Professional certifications (P.Eng., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
Proficiency in simulation software and SPC.
