IADC or IWCF certification

Supervise all drilling activities on site and verify procedures
Perform rig acceptance tests and verify TPI certification
Lead and coordinate drilling crews to ensure consistent execution
Implement and enforce site safety procedures and risk mitigation
Resolve technical or operational problems quickly in the field
Monitor drilling speed, efficiency, and quality KPIs
Communicate with drilling, reservoir, and production engineers
Prepare operation reports, incident logs, and cost reports
Plan call-outs for drilling materials and personnel
