We're seeking an exceptional VP of Finance to join our executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This is a pivotal role that will establish and lead all financial functions during one of the most critical growth phases in Jisr's history.

• 10-15+ years in progressive finance leadership roles, with at least 5+ years leading finance teams
• Proven experience scaling finance functions at high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting operations, and SaaS financial metrics
• CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification required
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategy
• Lead annual and quarterly planning processes
• Build multi-year financial models
• Partner with CEO on strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
• Provide board-level financial reporting
• Own all accounting operations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Saudi GAAP
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships
• Oversee billing operations for 4,500+ customers
• Build and lead the FP&A function
• Manage deployment of $30M Series A capital
• Implement and optimize financial systems and infrastructure
