We are looking to hire highly experienced Sales coordinators with a strong background in engineering and industrial products. This job is for experienced candidates living in Jordan. Related Products/Industry: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, industrial tools & hardware, industrial electronics, marine, oil & gas, manufacturing machinery, packing and batching machines, commercial kitchen equipment, POS, office automation & supplies.

المتطلبات

• 2 years minimum experience in sales and service coordination within any of the related products/industries
• Experience certificate/s related
• Able to understand our products and services in a short period
• Highly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performance
• Must be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, detail-oriented, 100% physically fit
• Fluent in English with a clear accent
• Skilled and experienced in MS Word and Excel in preparing technical & commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculations
• Good online search skills
• Very good in business communication
• Minimum typing speed: 30WPM

• Customer service
• Prepare & send quotations or PI
• Follow up and coordinate with operations and back-office on deliveries & services to ensure a high level of customer service
• Order processing including orders received by the e-commerce
• Create Invoice, DO
• Creation of PL, COO
• Support business and products development tasks
• Create & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketing
• Update/upload products on the website
• Receive incoming inquiries via phone, email, website chat
• Assist the customer in the technical and commercial aspects to choose a product
• Support and assist sales executives and engineers in closing
