Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage and support human resource functions at our Dubai office. The role involves handling core HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the UAE

المسؤوليات

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and personnel databases
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
• Support payroll coordination and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
