You will play a pivotal role in shaping how learning is experienced across the organisation, ensuring our workforce is future-ready, empowered, and continuously developing. This role is accountable for designing, governing, and evolving the end-to-end digital learning experience across the Group.

المتطلبات

• Minimum Bachelors level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent
• Experience of progressive leadership experience in e-learning and learning platforms management
• Certifications in Digital Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Learning Technologies (e.g., SHRM, ATD, CIPD)

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital learning strategy
• Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots
• Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital learning solutions
• Partner with global technology vendors to ensure effective implementation
• Provide expert advice on digital learning opportunities and emerging trends (AI, VR/AR)
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team
