Implement the project in accordance with the project schedule, project specifications, and project management plan. Liaise with Client representatives / Consultants for work approvals. Liaise with Subcontractors and Local Authorities. Construction scheduling, monitoring, and requisition for resources, materials, manpower and plant & equipment. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and allocation of resources, and the works of any subcontractors; Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Ensure implementation of work schedules. Monitor HSE program on site; Liaise with project Consultants and their representatives and attend regular project review meetings. Review of subcontractor applications for payment. Shop drawings submittal, review, and co-ordination. Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Engineering College / Technology Institute. Masters Degree in Structures would be an added advantage. Experience in project implementation with a leading Construction Company on highway / road projects, with at least 10 years experience in construction of road structures (box culverts, bridges, retaining walls, pre-stressed concrete). Proficient computer skills MS Office. Familiar with road geometric designs and road construction materials specifications and QA/QC requirements. Familiar with Conditions of Contract, FIDIC. Good English communication skills oral and written. Possess leadership skills to manage multi-cultural staff.
