Civil Engineer with strong QS / pricing background
Dubai Municipality G+12 or Unlimited license (mandatory)
4–8 years UAE experience (contractor side preferred)

Prepare accurate BOQs, pricing, and cost estimates.
Analyze drawings, specs, and site conditions.
Handle variation pricing & value engineering.
Support tender submissions.
Coordinate with site teams to align pricing vs execution.
Assist in monthly cost tracking and profitability control.
