• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in AI/ML with hands-on experience training and deploying models in production
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and model fine-tuning techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical systems end-to-end
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools
