• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 6 years work experience in IT, Digital Marketing or related area
• Minimum 4 years experience with email marketing and automation
• Minimum 3 years experience in Marketo
• Adobe Marketo Engage Certified Practitioner Professional Certification

• Develop global email marketing strategies and write compelling copy
• Partner cross-functionally to align email campaigns with brand strategy
• Optimize email performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR)
• Manage marketing automation using Marketo
• Drive personalization strategies
• Plan and execute A/B testing
• Support lead lifecycle management in Salesforce
