The PRO Clerk supports the Public Relations Officer in handling all government-related documentation and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth processing of visas, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in PRO, HR, or administrative roles (UAE experience Mandatory)
Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.)
UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Prepare, submit, and track applications for visas, Emirates IDs, and labor contracts
Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files
Monitor expiry dates for visas, IDs, licenses, and permits
Prepare periodic reports on visa status and renewals
