Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Maintenance Supervisor lies within the Maintenance & Utilities team and is based in our Susurluk Plant. You’ll be reporting into Maintenance & Utilities Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Preferably min 3 years maintenance experience
• SAP/ERP maintenance modules knowledge
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
• Good communication and networking skills
• Result oriented, problem solver

Responsibilities

• Define the maintenance strategy and plan for preventive, predictive and corrective actions
• Identify root causes and drivers of machine related down time
• Support capital projects as a natural stakeholder
• Manage and report budget monthly
• Use the KHMS to improve the level of excellence in maintenance
• Support the plant to achieve net zero carbon target.
