We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and support our clients in web and mobile application projects. This is an on-site role based in Batroun, Lebanon.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Sales Support.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable using online tools.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming client inquiries via email, Whatsapp and calls
Follow up on client requests and coordinate with technical teams
Provide basic explanations about services (web & mobile development)
Track client issues, requests, and feedback
Maintain organized records of client communication
