The Receptionist will manage the front desk, visitor greeting, and call handling while providing administrative support and office coordination for Razbar Properties.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Experience in UAE office environment is a plus
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Register visitors and inform concerned staff of arrivals
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct department
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and deliveries
Assist with document handling, scanning, photocopying, and filing
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Liaise with building management for access cards and visitor approvals
