We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with booking reservations
Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and policies
Processing reservations and payments in a timely manner
Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
