HR Manager

Job Description

Oversee and manage all human resources functions for our company based in JAFZA.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and JAFZA regulations
• Experience handling JAFZA visas and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Experience in a Free Zone or lubricant manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA Free Zone regulations
• Develop HR policies and employee handbook
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll budgets
• Assess and implement training programs
• Coordinate company insurance and license renewals
