HR Officer

Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with UAE labor laws, and day-to-day HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting business growth and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and procedures
• Process visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and related government documentation
• Coordinate with PROs and government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.)
• Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and employment conditions
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance handling
• Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and trackers
• Support Emiratization requirements and related documentation where applicable
• Assist management with HR planning and manpower requirements
