We are looking for a Growth Specialist who will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support growth initiatives, generate qualified opportunities, and help scale Jetlink and Welocal platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in growth or sales development in B2B
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling
Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products is a strong plus
Responsibilities
Prospect, generate, and qualify leads to support sales-ready opportunities
Execute targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Craft and deploy personalized outreach campaigns
Qualify leads through video calls and phone conversations
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Collaborate on growth experiments and market research
