The Senior Pre-sales Engineer is accountable for driving sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
7-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Pre-Sales
Strong exposure to the Levant market
Background in the IT industry, ideally with experience in data management solutions
Responsibilities
Drive sales opportunities through technical presentations and POCs
Participate in technical sales cadence calls
Assist in solution deployment and customer onboarding post-sale
Deliver customer training and user documentation
Provide technical product enablement to channel resources
Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify opportunities
