Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across multiple departments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Knowledge of UAE labor market and hiring practices

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support offer preparation and onboarding processes
