The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector
Responsibilities
Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert to SQLs
Identify lead generation strategies
Drive SQLs to closure
Forecast accurate deals on a weekly and monthly basis
Secure discount approvals and build quotes in Salesforce
