Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Description

We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive (Medical Representatives) to promote a specialized pharma portfolio across assigned territories in Lebanon (South and Central areas). This is a field-based role focused on doctor coverage, relationship building, and target achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Commercial mindset with good territory discipline
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
• Must be motorized with a valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel daily within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic portfolio to healthcare professionals
• Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals on a structured coverage plan
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and key accounts
• Deliver product presentations and scientific detailing
• Support HCPs with product information and usage guidance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Submit field activity and sales reports
• Monitor competitor activity and market feedback
