Aries Interiors LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage daily accounting, administrative, and office coordination activities.
Requirements
Language: English is mandatory
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (invoices, expenses, payments)
Handle petty cash management and bank-related documentation
Prepare and follow up on quotations, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes
Track receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
Assist with HR-related documentation and attendance
