Requirements
Chinese nationality preferred
Proven experience in HR within the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage talent acquisition specifically for real estate roles
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Assist with labor permit and visa processing
Work closely with management to support workforce planning
