EMCAP Advisory is a fast-growing boutique financial advisory firm. The role involves in-depth financial analysis of corporate clients, preparation of financial models, and managing reporting and communication between borrowers and creditors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Up to 7 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, commercial banking, private credit, or trade finance
Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis
Solid financial modeling and reporting skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a flexible work environment
Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis of corporate financial statements
Build and maintain financial models, including projections, scenario and stress analyses
Prepare credit analysis reports and supporting documentation for lenders and investors
Support private credit and trade finance transactions by coordinating financial reporting between corporates and creditors
Assist in assessing credit risk and structuring financing solutions
