Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
British nationality preferred
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and offer documentation
Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
