Job Description

Manage the orchestration of a complex air transportation operation for the U.S. Department of State. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and processing passengers and cargo on military and contract aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and Host Nation regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years of experience in Installation and Mission Support Center (USAF 2T2X1)
• Maintain a US Secret security clearance and valid US passport

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ATOC operations and supervise personnel
• Manage Information Controller, Ramp Coordinator, and PPR Desk functions
• Oversee handling of hazardous materials (IATA Regulations)
• Liaise with Government of Iraq officials, DoD, and DoS stakeholders
• Supervise ramp operations including MEDEVACs and dignified transfers
• Administer Air Transportation training and qualification program
