System Officer

Job Description

The Clinical Operations – System Officer is a system-heavy operational role responsible for managing physician schedules, system configurations, data accuracy, and cross-department coordination. Serves as the central system custodian between Medical Leadership, Clinical Operations, HR, IT, and Planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or system-based roles

Responsibilities

• Manage physician schedules across all systems and platforms
• Set up system accounts and required business rules
• Coordinate between CMO, HR, IT, and Physicians
• Track leave notifications and maintain Oracle Leave Tracker
• Calculate physician incentives and telemedicine payments
