Proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts
