The D&T Analyst will support IT operations including workstation setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, and software development at Aramex.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations for employees
• Support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Handle IT service desk cases
• Software Development
• Maintain local servers and data center
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Maintain IT asset inventory
