Burtplace General Contracting is seeking a Camp Boss to manage the daily operations of the labor camp and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment in compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements
Male candidate of Arab nationality/background
Native Arabic speaker is mandatory; basic English is an advantage
Experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in construction camps
Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and safety standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
Supervise daily labor camp operations and staff
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Handle workers’ concerns and welfare issues
Coordinate with HR and site management on accommodation matters
