As a Quality Specialist, you have holistic ownership of the quality of Supply Chain Partners’ (suppliers) capacity development. You translate customer expectations to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities.
Requirements
Experience in RTW production (Woven, Knit, Leather, Denim)
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Good technical knowledge of garment production
Responsibilities
Development of Supply Chain Partners in terms of product quality standards
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Drive and conduct trainings/workshops aimed at improving supplier’s quality processes
Adopt communication style to various internal and external stakeholders
