Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• Entry-level position; up to 2 years of experience is ideal
• Eager to learn more about US Accounting Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Quantitative and analytical mindset
• Highly dedicated to a career in accounting and tax
• USGAAP knowledge/experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Supporting the client onboarding process
• Assisting with processes related to accounts payable and receivable management
• Bookkeeping entries and monthly close activities
• Preparation of financial reporting and analysis
• Reviewing and reconciling payroll records and employment tax returns
• Supporting detailed audits to ensure accuracy
• Assisting with revenue forecasting and profit margin analysis
• General ledger reconciliation
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate and individual income tax returns
• Researching complex tax issues
