Lead end-to-end HR and payroll operations for a workforce of 500+ employees. Strong capability to manage the PRO function/department.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years UAE experience in HR and Payroll
• Proven experience managing 500+ employees
• Construction/contracting industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage full HR operations for staff and labor
• Own payroll end-to-end and ensure WPS compliance
• Manage medical insurance enrollment
• Lead and manage the PRO department
• Manage labor accommodation and transportation coordination
