Deliver structured technical training at foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels to ensure teams are fully proficient in our CRM systems and related digital tools at Property Shop Investment (PSI).
Requirements
3–4 years delivering technical or system training
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
Fluent in Arabic and English
Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for digital tools
Deliver role-based and advanced system training
Facilitate training for upgrades, enhancements, and new tools
Enable power users and system champions
Deliver assessments, certifications, and post-training proficiency evaluations
Track attendance, engagement, and readiness metrics
