Requirements
Diploma / degree in hospitality with preferable previous experiences in Food & Beverage Department within a hotel
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
Welcome guests and conduct them to tables
Take outlet reservations and handle the reservation book
Set up the outlet prior to business hours
Coordinate with the service team for floor plan arrangements
Observe the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet
Be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions
Contribute in setting up the outlets database
Reassure the guests’ satisfaction upon their departure
