HR Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join Artan Group. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory HR experience
• Master’s degree and/or SHRM / CIPD certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Employee Relations
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and conflicts
• Supervise and mentor the HR team
• Oversee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Manage HR compliance and audits
• Develop and implement HR policies and the HR Handbook
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
