Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Engagement & Happiness Manager with a Master of Social Work (MSW) to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture across our UAE operations. The role focuses on counselling, engagement initiatives, and supporting the organization’s Great Place to Work journey.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) – mandatory
• Experience in employee engagement, counselling, or well-being roles
• Knowledge of Great Place to Work frameworks is an advantage
• UAE experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for employees
• Lead and manage employee engagement and happiness initiatives
• Plan and execute cultural, wellness, and team-building activities
• Support Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys, audits, and action plans
• Act as a confidential support point for employee well-being concerns
• Analyze engagement feedback and implement improvement strategies
