Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Ideally a graduate with 2 or 3 years experience
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership
Support business partnering with AMET Country heads
Assist in execution of recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development projects
