Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR & Administration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Support payroll processing, leave management, and staff welfare activities
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, scheduling, and correspondence
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
