Requirements

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
• Good culinary skills
• Ability to communicate well in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production
• Coordinate daily tasks with superiors
• Ensure consistent quality and new product implementation
• Instruct and lead subordinates
