Requirements
BS or MS in related technical field
3+ years of experience in business/system analysis
Excellent command of written and spoken English
SQL experience preferred
Banking IT experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs
Build relationships and act as a liaison between business and IT
Create project documentation including requirements and project plans
Prepare test plans and confirm requirements coverage
