We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. This role supports recruitment, payroll, and compliance while maintaining employee engagement and a positive work culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (UAE labor law preferred)

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening CVs, and interview coordination
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate salary processing
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal HR procedures
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals
