Balparmak is looking for a Brand Manager to join its Marketing team at the headquarters in Çekmeköy. The role involves leading product development, brand positioning, and execution of brand communication strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5-6 years of brand management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive mindset
No travel restrictions
Responsibilities
Lead product development, brand positioning, and execution of communication strategies
Monitor market dynamics and develop insights-based analyses
Develop and evaluate marketing plans in line with market trends
Prepare and manage the annual brand budget
Execute new product launches and re-launches
Coordinate ATL and BTL advertising activities
Manage and develop digital marketing strategies
Collaborate with media and market insight partners
