The VTC Technician supports Tier 1/2 video conferencing equipment and provides ongoing technical support. Responsible for resolving issues related to in-room technology and conducting root cause analyses.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Experience supporting communications/media systems (phone conference, VTC, UC)
Experience with Polycom, Microsoft Lync, Cisco, etc.
Must possess or be able to obtain a US Government secret security clearance
Valid drivers’ license
Responsibilities
Troubleshoots and maintains AV System in conference rooms
Schedule and manage phone conferences and VTC meetings
Perform system integrity and connectivity tests
Maintains ticketing systems
Ensures VTC systems remain compliant with regulations
