Process and manage all employee visa and immigration documentation. Liaise with government departments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Handle the submission of legal documents and paperwork to various governmental bodies. Assist with the renewal of licenses, permits, and other official documents. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all required documents. Manage daily accounting tasks. Ensure timely and accurate calculation and filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) returns in accordance with the UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines. Track and order medical supplies and other clinic materials. HR Functions: Assist with staff onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll, tracking leave, and handling employment contracts and visa processes.
