Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (inbound, inventory, outbound) ensuring smooth coordination across eCommerce, HORECA, retail, wholesale, and export channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse management experience in food distribution or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees

Responsibilities

• Implement SOPs and drive operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse facilities including temperature-controlled storage
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and food safety (HACCP, ISO)
• Lead and develop warehouse team members
• Oversee inbound operations: receipt, inspection, and storage
• Manage inventory control: FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and expiry monitoring
• Oversee outbound operations: picking, packing, and dispatch
• Plan warehouse capacity and automation opportunities
• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and performance
• Track and improve KPIs: accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
