Budget & Reporting (Senior/Lead)

Job Description

MoneyPay is a next generation e wallet for the sharing economy. We are looking for a Budget & Reporting (Senior/Lead) who will join us to make this transform real. You will lead the annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes, prepare monthly financial reports, and oversee the monthly closing process. The role involves analyzing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and monitoring P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience, including 3–4 years in Big Four/audit companies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, uniform chart of accounts, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and effective in time and deadline management
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports, analyzing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Oversee monthly closing process and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions
• Regularly monitor and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Conduct revenue and expense analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain long-term financial models
• Track global and regional economic trends and reflect them into financial strategies
• Take active role in preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive management and board meetings
• Monitor key financial KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives
• Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and transparency
